Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PayrollFit services. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by them.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the platform accessible at app.payrollfit.com and its sub-domains. "Client" means the legal entity subscribing to the Service. "User" means any employee or administrator authorised by the Client.
2. Scope of Service
PayrollFit provides BPO payroll management services including:
Payslip generation and distribution
Payroll data processing and validation
Regulatory reporting support
Role-based access management
Document workflows
3. Access and Accounts
The Service is restricted to authorised Users. The Client is responsible for managing User accounts and keeping credentials secure. Account sharing is prohibited.
4. Client Obligations
The Client must:
Provide accurate and complete payroll data
Obtain lawful consent for employee data processing
Comply with all applicable employment and tax laws
Manage access to data entry functions
5. Data Ownership
Client data remains the property of the Client. PayrollFit processes it solely to deliver the Service and will return or delete it within 30 days of termination.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, software, algorithms, and the PayrollFit brand are the exclusive property of PayrollFit SARL. Clients receive a limited licence to use the platform for their data processing needs only.
7. Limitation of Liability
PayrollFit's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the relevant month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. SLA breaches entitle Clients to service credits as specified in the contract.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination PayrollFit will make Client data available for export within 30 days. Outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
