Payroll records and legal documents are kept for a minimum of 10 years. System logs are deleted after 12 months. Account data is deleted within 90 days of service termination.

Data is stored within the European Union (Ireland). Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comply with Moroccan Law 09-08 approval requirements.

We apply strong encryption, strict per-client data isolation, role-based access control, regular security audits and penetration testing, a firewall, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Security incidents are notified within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No marketing or tracking cookies are used.

Material changes to this policy will be communicated via in-app notice or email before taking effect.
